彼得尚巴迪律師 Peter Szabadi

彼得尚巴迪律師在加州和紐約州執業四十多年，是洛杉磯地區最有衝勁的訴訟律師之一。他畢業於加州大學柏克萊分校，紐約大學法學院，專精各種複雜商業訴訟，包含合約訴訟，股權訴訟，勞資糾紛 (處理工資，工時及勞工法規等相關業務)，曾代理重大集體訴訟，同時為雇主提供法律意見，參與撰寫員工準則，曾擔任反對”多雇主養老金修正法案”相關案件的首席律師，同時，彼得律師精通建築法，擅長涉及房屋質量缺陷，房屋保險索賠的訴訟業務，多次成功代理承包商，業主和開發商等不同角色。

Peter Szabadi is UC Berkeley, and NYU Law School graduate, practicing in California and New York for over forty years.  Peter Szabadi’s practice consists of a broad range of business litigation, labor law (wages and hours and labor regulations) with emphasis in construction law, representing contractors as well as owners and developers.  He was lead counsel in the constitutional challenge to Multi Employer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980 (MPPAA), Shelter Framing Corporation v. Carpenter’s Pension Trust of Southern California, before the United States Supreme Court.
